Lisa was excellent with a challenging exchange of contracts in particular with the buyer of my property. They threw up issue after issue pre and post sale and she was excellent at handling these issues.

This is the fourth time I've used this firm (specifically Lisa May) for property conveyancing, with the addition of a couple of occasions when I was given advice which steered me away from making a bad purchase. EJ Moyle, is a small but lovely place with understanding staff. My solicitor is Neville he is very professional and tells you straight and to the point on enquiries on property, eviction notices and renting problems and provides the best advice. Maria is Neville's secretary who will go out of her way to be helpful, polite with a lovely telephone voice and quick email responses. The main secretary is lovely too. I can't comment on the rest of the team yet. But I highly recommend this solicitor's.
