    Confidence from Canada

    Having to sell a family property recently in the UK while living in Canada, the need for a reliable expert was paramount. I found that with EJ Moyle in Littlehampton, West Sussex.     Mr Fawcett handled the conveyancing for the sale of our house and our onward purchase. Two complex chains converged into one at the top; the vendors of the house we were purchasing were (to say the least) eccentric and poor communicators, placing strain on the whole chain over an extended period. Despite some stiff competition, it could well be the most frustrating and stressful house-move in history. Despite various parties (including us) screaming blue murder and threatening to pull out, and other parties placing unreasonable constraints on progress, Mr Fawcett negotiated this minefield professionally and with calm aplomb, keeping in touch with us at all times. He was very much a 'safe pair of hands' who gave exactly the right advice at the right time and happy to discuss options. A superhero who I cannot praise enough.
