As a fee earner, I pride myself on my excellent client care. My main aim is to ensure that tenants are living in secure, safe, habitable homes by enforcing their landlords’ legal obligations. I take a robust approach against social landlords in either housing disrepair matters or matters where a breach of contract has occurred. I ensure the best for our clients, holding social landlords’ accountable, protecting vulnerable people from health risks, financial loss, and unfair treatment, while ensuring their rights are respected and upheld under the law. I will ensure that works are completed within the tenant’s property, and that they are adequately compensated for the time that has been spent living in poor conditions through no fault of their own. I have over 3 years litigation experience in breach of contract claims, and over 4 years’ experience in working on housing disrepair claims. I have experience in both defending housing disrepair claims and making them. I have a vast knowledge of how social landlords typically approach these matters and I can use this to my advantage. I am responsible for tenants from the outset of these claims, I can conduct litigated matters smoothly, whether that is in-house or with the assistance of Counsel and have previously attended trial in Leeds County Court. I graduated in Law at University of Liverpool in 2021 and I am set to undertake the LPC starting in September 2026, with a view to being enrolled as a solicitor.
