I have been treated very bad by the receptionist who work for emerald law which is not nice at all and it affected me to the point where I didn’t want to call them up and then I got a message to get in touch with them so I did and I got a really nice lady receptionist she was so nice to talk to very helpful and she had amazing manners she actually listened to me and gave me the answer I wanted so she is called SIAN this is for you Sian please don’t give up the way you are as you are amazing thank you so much 😊 I’ve got confidence in the solicitors ❤️❤️👍👍👍😇😇😱😱🍾

It's been a long haul from start to finish but I'm Very happy with the outcome. Rebecca Jones took on my case at emerald law and she was really great. Lovely lady, always there to explain every step of the process and fighting my corner with my landlord. At the end of this all we got the outcome we wanted which is amazing. I would recommend these solicitors to anyone who's landlord isn't doing what they should. They will help you get your home safe and any disrepairs done. I want to thank Rebecca and emerald law for all the help and great customer service I received, was all really great.

I'd give fewer stars if I could. As someone with medical and mental problems preventing me from working, the errors, and lack of knowledge/expertise relating to my medical situation has delayed treatment. This resulted in additional mental/physical issues and a increased losses due to inability to work/function normally. I'm not sure that the solicitors I dealt with even understand the amount of distress and damage that they were causing!
