Poor experience with Emerald Law
I used Emerald Law for Mediation. I felt my whole experience was poor from start to end, I was completely over charged for time I didn’t use. Responses from the solicitor took far too long, the process ended up taking even longer due to lock of responses and availability of the solicitor. Solicitor was unable to quickly identity the root cause of the problem, instead spent hours upon hours going over and over the same non relevant issues. Promised their would be improvements for the next meeting and document sent out to use, this didn’t happen. The solicitor was clearly far too busy to take on the case, untimely I was let down. I raised my concerns and asked for a meeting to discuss my poor treatment, this was ignored.
