I experienced a dreadful situation which was a neighbour dispute. My appointed solicitor James Freeman was excellent, i cant thank him enough!!!! After 18 months of pure hell the situation was finally over and it was the dream outcome. James was patient, sympathetic and was prepared to try different approaches to tackle the problem. He was polite and quick to return calls and emails. In contrast the admin staff rarely answered the phone.

The team kept us informed every step of the way, I never felt I had cause to be chasing things all the time. Very efficient indeed.

Hi. When the First Legal Solicitors took over my case, they approach was reassuring. At first whrn they callef me, I was not sure whether they will be able to help me get my rights. To cut long story short, I was very surprised when I was approached by the council after neary one year saying they were ready to do the job. This was after several emails exchanges from myself and their dedicated members of their team. What followed was the good news that the council has decided to take upon itself to do the repair which meanrt we had won the case. Thank you to your team mentioning a few people like Steve, Eileen, Debbie and all the others working behind the curtain. I sincerely salute you for the professionalism you showed, and dedication. You remain the best. Thank you. Keep up good job and Bbless you

Heather provided us with an amazing service to evict a tenant who was refusing to leave the property. Heather provided a professional, honest, reliable service. With excellent communication, prompt paperwork, extremely knowledgeable about this type of law, her advice was excellent and the tenant was evicted by the courts. Would highly recommend Heather Meakin.

I worked with Dutton Gregory for a transfer of equity and Hirakshi was outstanding. The best experience I’ve had of a solicitor. Punctual, good communication, nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would use them again in future.
