As a first time and solo buyer I came into this not knowing much about how to buy a house. Overall, I’d recommend this company as they acted very timely and I found them pleasant to communicate with. Only issue is anytime I phoned it was never answered which can be frustrating when you want a quick reply to a small question. Although they replied to their emails fast enough.

I had a very good experience with Sheyi Oke handling my house disrepair case. He was professional, supportive, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He listened to my concerns, acted quickly, and worked hard to make sure the issues in my home were taken seriously. Communication was excellent, and everything was explained clearly and professionally. I truly appreciate the dedication and support I received, and I would highly recommend Sheyi Oke to anyone dealing with housing disrepair issues.

Avoid at all costs. Even a basic refund has taken over 2 months to sort and, even then, they have only refunded half of what was due. Very unprofessional and the mistakes made are inexcusable for a conveyancing firm, they really should know better.
I have recently completed on a sale and purchase using Emerald law conveyancing. The last week was stressful with issues down the chain but Lisa Oram and Minhal Quayyum were extremely helpful in progressing the transaction. Lisa was also reassuring throughout the point to exchange. The completion was handled very efficiently too.
