    Terrible and Deceitful Service!!!

    - No real help given. - Misleading practices (informed financial compensation would be achieved and building works would be completed), thus to ensure my health would no longer be at stake - Bamboozled into believing that my disrepair would be addressed and compensation for the damage to my health and well-being - No form of help delivered, but just a conflict created between me and my housing provider, all because they felt the need to take all the money!! DO NOT TRIUST THEIR VERBAL CONTRACTS, even though they say one thing they want every penny... In essence, this legal firm are a bunch of parasites and money hungry and could not care to less about the problems you are experiencing in your home as they managed to achieve 100% of the compensation!!! AND TURNER ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!

      Very Professional Clinical Negligence Team

      I have had a longstanding complaint with the NHS over an operation I had on my foot, it needed surgery again to correct what the NHS had done. Right from the start Sarm was determined that this case was going to win. As others has said about Sarm, he is very approachable, didnt care about emails you sent and he was always very quick to come back to me, to answer any query I had. Even after the first denial of liability from the NHS, Sarm persisted and eventually won my case without it going to court and he even negotiated with them to get a higher settlement. I would not hesitate to recommend Bond Turner, but if you are lucky to get Sarm dealing with your case then you are even luckier.

      Thanks to Ian A & Bond Turner!

      I had a really positive experience with Ian A during what had been quite a long process leading up to my court date. Although the claim itself had been ongoing for some time, everything in the lead up to the hearing was handled very smoothly by Bond Turner. Transport to court was arranged for me, which took a lot of pressure off the day and made the whole experience much more straightforward. When I arrived at the County Court, I was met by Ian, who had been appointed to support me throughout the day. My barrister handled the legal arguments and was equally impressive in how he handled me but Ian stayed with me the entire time to make sure I understood what was happening and felt comfortable with the process. Before the hearing he took the time to go through the paperwork with me and explain how everything would work. Court can be quite intimidating, especially if you’ve never been through it before, but he was calm, reassuring and very clear in the way he explained things. That really helped settle my nerves and made me feel confident going into the hearing. I also had my baby with me on the day, which could have made things complicated, but Ian and the team were incredibly accommodating and understanding about that. They made sure I felt supported and never made me feel like it was a problem at all, which meant a lot. Ian was professional, kind and genuinely supportive throughout the whole experience. Having someone there whose role was simply to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable made a huge difference. I’m very grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend Ian and the team at Bond Turner to anyone going through a similar situation. Happy to say I got the result I wanted thanks to them ☺️

      I couldn't fault the service. As a solicitor myself and a partner of another firm, practicing in a different field of law, the work undertaken on my personal injury claim was excellent. People often complain about the delays. Unfortunately that is the nature of our court system, the legal process and insurance companies taking every day and delay possible. As lawyers we cannot do anything about that and it is incredibly frustrating. Yes it took a long time, nearly a year, but that is the fault of the system and the other side. Bond Turner were always approachable and provided an excellent service and result.
