I have had a longstanding complaint with the NHS over an operation I had on my foot, it needed surgery again to correct what the NHS had done. Right from the start Sarm was determined that this case was going to win. As others has said about Sarm, he is very approachable, didnt care about emails you sent and he was always very quick to come back to me, to answer any query I had. Even after the first denial of liability from the NHS, Sarm persisted and eventually won my case without it going to court and he even negotiated with them to get a higher settlement. I would not hesitate to recommend Bond Turner, but if you are lucky to get Sarm dealing with your case then you are even luckier.

The service & advice given by Sarm and his support Senior Partner Supervisor & Team was great!! Bond Turner assisted my family to make a successful Clinical Negligence claim against a mega size NHS Trust - a real "David & Goliath" scenario!! (The Trust denied ANY liability!!) My late mother died in her hospital bed after a 5 week stay "bed blocked" over a Christmas period - when she could have been sent home and may possibly be still with us today? This reflected a "woeful" systemic medical model - where all elderly patients were posted out across the general hospital wards ie as "bed n breakfast" guests - without the specialist elder care services needed? My mum developed a "pressure sore" - which nobody told us about and died of "Hospital acquired pneumonia" From a "NO Liability" initial position Bond Turner eventually professionally guided us through the many complicated steps of our claim against the Trust and they eventually accepted part of our complaints and paid out "damages with no admittance of Clinical Negligence!!" This took 2 years to achieve - largely due to giving the Trust many months of "time to investigate & respond!!" Sarm reassured us throughout we had a valid claim and would succeed eventually? He was extremely helpful , responsive , patient and courteous throughout and I would wholeheartedly recommend him and Bond Turner to my friends and family. John Place

Having read many reviews on Bond Turner, I had mixed feelings going into a medical negligence claim with them 2 years ago, some positive, but also some quite negative, so I didn't really know what to expect? However, from the beginning, I was put in touch with Sarm, who worked with me to attain all relevant information, he was there every step of the way, always approachable & prompt in answering my emails & calls. He has an air of quiet confidence about him & keeps a high level of communication going, which is essential in such cases. If you go into a medical negligence claim, thinking its gonna be plain sailing? your gonna be very mistaken, its a long hard slog & can actually be detrimental to your mental well being, depending on the circumstances of your case. 2 years of frustration & anguish, resulted in many outbursts along the way, but my near meltdowns didn't phase Sarm However, always a true professional, always supportive, he helped me stay positive & look at the bigger picture. Did I get the figure I wanted? No, but that wasn't down to Bond Turner, that was down to our wonderful government's law changes & red tape. What I did get, was figure that helped me start again & more importantly I got Justice & closure. I would highly recommend Bond Turner & if your really lucky, you might just get Sarm, he's the man 🙏🙏🙏
