I genuinely cannot recommend Crystal and the team highly enough. From the very beginning, I felt like they had my back. Going through a criminal case is an incredibly stressful and overwhelming experience, but Crystal was outstanding throughout the entire process. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring, while always being honest with me about where I stood. I will also add that she kept it very professional and ended up knowing me better than myself, and at times would remind me to stop panicking.
