Crystals approach is 10/10. Great service, friendly, down to earth, straight to the points.Crystals advice was spot on. I cant praise crystal enough for helping me with my case, never felt rushed , spoke length on the phone before meeting and crystal takes the time to listen to all what you have to say, time is not an issue.
