Represented me when accused of assault and other domestic abuse.
I was arrested on 11th November 2024 accused of domestic assault and abuse. I was represented by one of Lawtons solicitors during my second volanteery interview at the police station whilst I was on pre-charge bail. I was advised by the solicitor prior to the interview and she diligently took notes of the interview that lasted over two hours. I was then bailed again without charge whilst the police continued their investigation to a second allegation. A few week later i met with my solicitor who helped me submit my defence case. After 13 months of being bailed and re-bailed with out charge i was finally informed my my solicitor that the police would now longer be pursuing the matter resulting in No Further Action by the police. I strongly believe that with my solicitors advice at the police station and what should be submitted in my defence in out meeting, is the main reason we had the outcome we did. The fact that all the allegations against me were false, my solicitor believed me and acted in a professional and thoroughly supportive manner is the reason I would recommend Lawtons Solicitors.
