Bereavement support
Judy Birchall has assisted myself and my brother following the death of our parents. She has led us through the process of probate and Will related matters . We would not have been able to navigate this process without Judy's help. Her communication has been clear and she explained legal 'jargon' to us and took the time to talk us through each part of the process. Judy kept us updated as things progressed and at all times was kind and patient.

Will writing service
We visited Fiona Bruce Solicitors and were put in the capable hands of Judith Birchall, who immediately put us at our ease. We said what we needed to happen on our deaths,(something we do not like to think about) she explained what would happen next. Two weeks later we visited the office again to sign all the documents. We were also offered a discount for the service as we had 2 wills written. I would recommend this company to any body who has not already wrote a will

Since my business was carried out during the COVID- 19 restrictions I am unable to comment on the premises and reception area. However, I do wish to report that given the situation, I found the whole experience less stressful than I had anticipated.
My expectations were exceeded. Given the potential for a very difficult situation surrounding COVID 19 distancing restrictions to lead to stress and delay, I cannot say that any issues emerged. Everything was as efficient and handled with sympathy and understanding. I only wish to thank Judith Birchall for her patience, understanding and efficiency and of course excellent advice.

I cannot praise the team at Fiona Bruce highly enough. I have used them to write my will, deal with probate and conveyancing over the last year.
