The hole thing was done over the phone and friendly and help full it cost a little more than I was expecting but it’s worth it for peace of mind

The Service you expect
I have used Boys & Maughan for my conveyancing, my Will and my LPA's. The service exceeded that of previous solicitor's I have dealt with. In regard to my Will, they ensured every possible eventuality was clearly covered giving me peace of mind that my wishers would be fulfilled.

Excellent, kind, caring and friendly service!
Simon Crooks assisted us through an extremely difficult time whilst my Dad was very ill and following his death. He visited my Mum at home to make things easier for her and guided us through applying for Lasting Power of Attorney for her and then we also had to apply for a grant of probate after sadly losing my Dad. Simon is very kind and caring and his warm, friendly and easy going nature made dealing with these necessary legal procedures so much easier that it could have been. Mum felt very comfortable talking to Simon during such emotionally challenging times. We can't thank Simon enough for his kindness and the faultless service he provided.

Excellent professional service
We went to Simon at Boys & Maugham for new wills after being let down by another local solicitor, we were struggling with the information we were being given on what were quite complex wills. Simon put a whole new prospective on what we needed, gave us very detailed explanations on what was needed and had the patience to go over things until we fully understood what we were doing.
