We have just bought our forever home and Lisa Aston supported us with the sale of our house and our onward purchase. Lisa was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She is always one step ahead, doesn't need to be chased up and nothing is too much trouble. She actually really cares about doing what is best for her clients and in my opinion that is quite rare! We had difficulty with our estate agent who didn't have our best interests at heart and Lisa made a tricky and emotional process a lot easier. Absolutely outstanding service from Oliver & Co Solicitors throughout my entire house buying process. I had support from Jack, Lisa, Danielle and Charlotte, and what really impressed me was how seamlessly they all worked together. With multiple people involved I was worried things might get confusing, but the communication within the team and with me was excellent from start to finish. Every update was clear, every step was explained and every question I asked was answered patiently. And believe me, I’m the type of person who has a lot of questions. Lisa, Jack and Danielle were excellent in dealing with the acquiring of my property in which was a difficult case whereby the sellers and the estate agents were being particularly untruthful. Lisa and her team reassured me and ensured I was under no pressure to have to close the deal. They stuck by me and offered good advice for dealing with estate agents.
