We used Morton Pacitti in Falkirk for our recent house sale and the purchase of our new house. I found Linda and her staff very professional , honest and friendly on all of our dealings with them. We were so impressed with the service we received that we used them again for an update to our wills and the setting up our Power of Attorney documents. Overall it was a first class and very stress free experience.

Huge thanks to the whole team at Morton Pacitti who were involved in the sale and purchase of my house. There were several hiccups that resulted in completion of missives being delayed, and potentially could have resulted in the sale/purchase collapsing. However, Yvonne and Linda went above and beyond to ensure the sale/purchase eventually went through. The support they provided during this most stressful of times was second to none. I am honestly so glad I chose them to handle the conveyancing. Once again, thank you to everyone at Morton Pacitti.

Fabulous experience from beginning to end. Linda & her staff are professional & easy to talk to. Calls were answered promptly & they always called back with updates. I was stressed a few times during the process & given their knowledge of the sales process were able to put me at ease. There was an issue with proceeds from sale being transferred from purchaser, Linda went above & beyond to ensure sale was completed.

6 years ago Morton Pacitti acted on my behalf to purchase my property. Fast forward to now and they just acted on my behalf to sell that same property. In every dealing with any member of staff I was extremely satisfied. From keeping me updated, to acting quickly and leaving me stress free. I could not recommend them enough.
