Morton Pacitti LLP

Linda is absolutely the best solicitor I have ever come across, Everything is clear, timely and at all times she has client’s best interests at heart. And in what was a difficult situation for me she was a real emotional support as well as a professional. Would highly recommend.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave such an amazing review. It was a pleasure to be able to help you with your purchase.

I cannot recommend Morton Pacitti highly enough. We bought and sold through them (December 2025-September 2026). Our sale was challenging as it had a particularly long chain. Our property purchase became a complex and drawn-out matter due to an exceptionally difficult seller, but the Morton Pacitti team stuck with us every step of the way over the past year. They remained tenacious, persistent, and thoroughly professional throughout, refusing to leave any issue unresolved until we achieved a full and successful result. Exceptional service and true dedication to seeing a job through to the very end.

Thank you so much for leaving such a lovely review for us. We were just glad to be able to help in what was a challenging situation for you with your purchase. Fortunately your sale went more smoothly!

We used Morton Pacitti in Falkirk for our recent house sale and the purchase of our new house. I found Linda and her staff very professional , honest and friendly on all of our dealings with them. We were so impressed with the service we received that we used them again for an update to our wills and the setting up our Power of Attorney documents. Overall it was a first class and very stress free experience.

Thank you so much for your review. It is much appreciated.

Huge thanks to the whole team at Morton Pacitti who were involved in the sale and purchase of my house. There were several hiccups that resulted in completion of missives being delayed, and potentially could have resulted in the sale/purchase collapsing. However, Yvonne and Linda went above and beyond to ensure the sale/purchase eventually went through. The support they provided during this most stressful of times was second to none. I am honestly so glad I chose them to handle the conveyancing. Once again, thank you to everyone at Morton Pacitti.

Thanks so much Margo for leaving a review. It was our pleasure to help you to get through the various issues and achieve the result we all wanted. Wishing you much happiness in your new home.

Fabulous experience from beginning to end. Linda & her staff are professional & easy to talk to. Calls were answered promptly & they always called back with updates. I was stressed a few times during the process & given their knowledge of the sales process were able to put me at ease. There was an issue with proceeds from sale being transferred from purchaser, Linda went above & beyond to ensure sale was completed.

We recently used Morton Pacitti for our home move and the team were excellent from start to finish. We are returning customers after they helped us with our house purchase 8 years ago, and this time they made our house sale and purchase hassle-free. Elaine, in particular was a brilliant help, with excellent communication throughout. I had a few queries about buying and selling as this was our first time doing both, and the team made sure our expectations were realistic the whole way through. We even needed help after the move due to an unforeseen circumstance and they were quick to assist and get everything sorted. We are not based in Falkirk, so are even more appreciative for the clear communication, since we couldn't just pop into the office. Thank you to the whole team.

I recently had a document notarised at Morton Pacitti in Falkirk, and the service was nothing short of exceptional. Linda, in particular, was superb—professional, approachable, and incredibly efficient. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, with a level of care and attention that truly stood out. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Morton Pacitti to anyone needing legal or notarial assistance. A five-star experience all round.

I've have employed Linda twice, once to buy and once to sell and she has a no fuss, efficient and practical approach which is almost unheard of in my experience with solicitors. She explains the whole legal side in a way that makes you feel included and informed. Absolutely amazing and professional service from start to finish.
