Jessie supported us with both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. Throughout the process she was professional and courteous, responding to our many queries quickly and in a timely fashion. She also worked hard to resolve issues on the seller’s side that were slowing down the process with our purchase and provided reassurance around exchange and completion. As a result of the excellent service she provided, I would have no hesitation recommending Jessie and Capa Law to others.

Great Service
I was lucky enough to be recommended Capa Law. I found it very easy to deal with all the staff. Jessie was my conveyor to sell my late mother’s house, she done a great job and communicated with the other solicitors I had representing me during probate.

Amazing support through a tricky transaction!
Jessie has been an amazing support through the sale of my house and subsequent purchase of my new flat.
The purchase was a tricky transaction due to complexity of leasehold and sub-optimal performance of the vendor’s solicitor and management company.
Throughout Jessie was extremely prompt, thorough and also uplifting emotionally :)
Will definitely reach out for any future transactions! Although, hopefully, that will be some time yet.

First class service
Jessie at Capa Law was an amazing. Our sales and purchase of a new house was complicated and stressful but Jessie really helped us achieve our goal and her advice was invaluable.
