Amazing support through a tricky transaction!

Jessie has been an amazing support through the sale of my house and subsequent purchase of my new flat.

The purchase was a tricky transaction due to complexity of leasehold and sub-optimal performance of the vendor’s solicitor and management company.

Throughout Jessie was extremely prompt, thorough and also uplifting emotionally :)

Will definitely reach out for any future transactions! Although, hopefully, that will be some time yet.

Upon visiting Capa laws office Cathy introduced herself and after hearing details of accident passed me to her colleague Beth.
Beth was very thorough with taking a statement from myself and after agreeing I had a case agreed to represent myself.
A medical was swiftly arranged and Beth then I assume entered discussions with other parties representatives keeping me informed all the way.
An offer was made which Beth thought was an insult and asked me my opinion which we both agreed was not acceptable.
Eventually a court date was set and Beth was amazing in getting nearly 9 times original offer.

From the start Paula was amazing. Answering any questions within a week and double checking everything all the way through my claim. She advised me to decline the first two offers from the defendant resulting in me getting a big payout for my injuries.

I cannot recommend Paula and Capa law enough. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Capa Law Solicitors to anybody who has been involved in an R.T.A or any other accident. They was recommended to me by a family friend after we I was involved in a car crash. Capa law represented myself in a personal accident case 31st March 2021, to sum up in a few words the solicitor I used was ultra professional, courteous, explaining everything in fine detail every step of the way , answering every question posed, honestly making the whole process stress free for myself.
Phone calls to the office to speak directly was always answered not left on hold or in long queues ( in today's world are quite refreshing ) the whole process from starting my claim to completion ( incidentally resulting in payment to myself ) was not only a victory in monetary value but a bigger victory in finding a solicitor firm who does care about it's clients every step off the way!
If recommendations are the purpose of reviews then use capa law, which as i stated this law firm are only a phone call away and I thoroughly recommend them!
