Protection at heart
Tania helped us with the purchase of some land with planning approval already in place. While that sounds like a straightforward transaction, it was far from it. Tania identified multiple areas for concern that had she not spotted them could have caused us cost and pain later down the line. Tania was a pleasure to speak with and was tenacious in getting us what we needed.

Sale of Woodland
The Trustees are very happy with the work that Tania McGee and her colleagues at Lanyon Bowdler did regarding the sale of this piece of woodland. Due to the woodland being part of an old Trust there were additional evidence and facts to consider and we felt that we were appropriately guided through these particularly when it came to dealing with the various queries raised by the purchasers. Tania was flexible in offering a face to face, Zoom or telephone appointment to discuss these and we felt we benefitted from having the opportunity for a face to face meeting. Any delays were of the purchaser's making and I felt that Tania and colleagues, in her absence, kept momentum and communication moving. I have not clicked two of the boxes below as I have no particular point of reference to compare them to.
