I previously had a no‑fault claim being handled by another firm but partway through the process they stopped dealing with claims of my type. I was left unsure where to turn next, which was incredibly stressful. Major Trauma Lawyers took my case on in the middle of everything, and went on to make the whole experience simple and straightforward. My claim involved a minibus covered under business insurance, so I was nervous about how a commercial claim would be handled when dealing with a vehicle covered by standard car insurance. They understood the situation, proceeded without delay and handled the transfer proffesionally. I was very impressed with just how quickly they moved things forward once they were on the case. After months of feeling stuck with the previous firm, I was relieved to finally see progress. They kept my updated on developments throughout regularly updating me on the progress of my claim via telephone call and written correspondence. I was given clear, honest opinions about the likely outcome. As we approached completion, they gave me a fair and realistic estimate of what I might receive once all investigations were finalised. I’m very happy to say that the final amount awarded was well above that prediction. Their determination to fight my corner in what was clearly a no‑fault claim was outstanding. It was a very welcome surprise to have such a positive experience from start to finish. I don’t live in the Sheffield area. This this firm was recommended to me by a friend and despite being out of town, I received an excellent standard of service. They operate nationwide, so don’t worry if you’re not local to their office. I would happily use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of representation and support.

Highly recommend to anyone, Grace and all of the staff at ASD was professional and helpful at all times, smooth sailing from start to finish wouldn't hesitate to use again although touch wood they'll be no further accidents, passed on the details of the incident and recovery and all other proceedings was handled with care and dedication.

This was no fault claim involving the M.O.D. who's claim negotiators put every obstacle in the way to delay and hinder progress of proceedings.
