If I could give 10 stars I would. I switched to ASD after having an awful experience with another firm who took 2yrs to progress the file to less than 50%. Grace and Bethany at ASD took over and wow, the service was exceptional. From start to finish they were professional, punctual and stuck to their word. They managed to get me £9000 more in compensation than the previous law firm. Nothing was too much trouble. Emails were replied to instantly and progress reports given in a timely manner. I had a really positive experience with this accident solicitors firm, and in particular with Grace, who dealt with my case. From the beginning, Grace made the whole experience feel very personal, rather than making me feel like I was just another case number.
