I was involved in Road Traffic Accident around 2 years ago and contacting Accident Solicitors Direct was the best thing I did .Thank you to Richard Meggit for keeping me informed on any new news and for running me through everything in detail.Also it was my first time going to court so Thank you too Grace for making sure I knew what was going to happen and what things meant for the case, also she made sure that I was ok through it all.

Fall through ceiling
I have used ASD on a couple of occasions Grace Newbold has taken charge of these cases and has been fantastic throughout once again has managed to get me a great final payment after a difficult case. thanks again !!!!

Excellent service
Would highly recommend this company, all the staff are friendly and approachable.
Was kept well informed and up to date with my case. Support was always available when I contacted them and everything was explained fully to me. Made the whole process so much easier. Would defiantly use again and recommend them to family and friends.

I'm sorry it has taken a few days to send this but I've had to travel back up to Scotland working on Saturday morning.

You have been magnificent and I know I probably wasn't the easiest client to deal with as I let the case stress me out from time to time and I do apologise for that. Work injury claim
Grace and the team kept me informed throughout the process of the claim and responded almost straight away when I asked any questions.

Dog attack
I was attacked and badly injured by a dog and my nephew recommended asd.
I was put in touch with Grace who couldn't have been more helpful. I stopped going out in case I met any dogs and have had to have therapy to try and recapture the freedom I enjoyed before. She sorted that out and it was very successful although I will always be wary of certain dogs in certain situations.
I have spoken to a few of the asd crew and cannot fault anyone. They dealt with everything in a very professioal and sensative way which made things so much easier than I expected. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Outstanding!
I would like to thank Chris Chappell for coming to see me in my own home to take instructions. He explained the process of making a claim and put my mind at ease. Tracy, Judy and Daisy on reception are friendly, welcoming and I looked forward to my visits. ASD put physiotherapy in place with the therapist Josh who is excellent. The solicitor who deal with my claim was Grace Newbold. From the outset she dealt with my claim in a professional, warm and friendly manner and kept me up to date until the successful conclusion of my claim. If I could give more than 5 STARS I would. A long battle with a successful ending.
My case was not straight forward due to the defendant denying any liability.
Grace Newbold handled my case from start to finish and I’m so grateful she was my acting solicitor.

My claim went to court which was very daunting and as you can imagine it was nerve-racking.
