I’ve used Alexander JLO several times over the years — from buying my first flat, to remortgaging my Help to Buy, and most recently selling my flat and buying my house. Each time they’ve been efficient, highly professional, and incredibly easy to contact. Their communication has always been excellent, with emails usually responded to within a few hours, which really takes the stress out of the process. They also provide competitive quotes and, in my experience, it’s not always worth going with the cheapest option. When I once tried to remortgage my Help to Buy using a cheaper solicitor, they did a lot of the work but ultimately couldn’t complete the transaction as they weren’t on the bank’s panel. Alexander JLO stepped in and completed everything within a matter of weeks. They’ve consistently been on top of things, and I’d absolutely use them again

Boray Izzet and his team were fabulous, especially Fern, Tanvir, and Jordan. They always kept us updated with our property-buying process and never hesitated to reply to any silly queries. Our property purchase was completed in less than three months, though there was a two-week Christmas break. I recommend them to everyone.

Alexander JLO , They are amazing, I can say that they are without a doubt the best solicitors I have ever worked with. Mr Ash and Mr Boray did a terrific job. Last year during the height of 'no stamp duty madness' we tried 10+ solicitors to get a quote for our sale and purchase only one solicitors had the courtesy and professionalism to reply... Alexander JLO. Due to difficult communication with property management developer our sale was somewhat tedious but nevertheless Boray and his team worked hard to meet the deadline we needed to meet. Updates were prompt and professional and I would certainly use this solicitors again.

This firm is simply the best. I’ve recently sold and bought a house all at the same time. Boray and his team (Nazima and Holly) dealt with the case.
