We were very happy with the service we received particularly once the Completion team were engaged with Jordan being a particular star. Ash and his team gave us full confidence that everything would go well and they knew exactly what they were doing. We'd like to give a particular shout-out for Jordan, the most stressed part was when we transferred £1 million of our money to the lawyers to complete and Jordan was still in the office at 8pm and sent us a message to confirm the money had been received so we could sleep well in our beds knowing the money was safe and completion would go smoothly.

We were probably not the easiest clients of Alexander JLo as they came with pushy recommendation from the developer we were buying from, and while it wasn't a deal breaker, in the beginning we were questioning everything multiple times. However, Ash and his team impressed us. They handled everything with professionalism, gave us thorough advice, and ensured all our concerns were addressed. They requested additional documentation from the developer, pulled some strings to run searches prior to completion to provide us with reassurance, and explained each step of the process clearly. On their side, everything was completed with extraordinary speed and efficiency—we quickly understood why the developer works with them. Contrary to the common horror stories of delays in property purchases, our experience was smooth and far quicker than expected once documentation was provided from the developer. Overall, we were glad we had their support throughout the process.

This may well be the best law firm for conveyancing! We recently bought a flat in a new development and JLO were on the panel of law firms. We were very dubious at first as our experience of law firms in this sector was that they provided very poor service; were impossible to contact; never able to speak to the same person twice etc. All of our preconceptions were confounded! Ash Hamrahian and his colleagues could not have been more helpful, more immediately responsive and understanding of our issues. The transaction itself went as smoothly as it is possible to imagine. Everything was clearly explained and documentation delivered on time. The fees were extremely reasonable as well. We would totally recommend this firm and would certainly use them again.
