Overall I was really happy with the service. I have just purchased a property and everything went really smoothly. I did shop around before choosing these solicitors but I’m really glad that I picked them. Great communication and they did their best to complete in a timely manner, the price wasn’t too bad either. I genuinely felt like I was in good hands at all times.

I was recommended ADK by one of my friends. They are the best property solicitors I have dealt with. I received regular updates, I received quick replies to my emails and my calls were always answered promptly too. They were a please to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

ADK have been amazing! They were really professional and helped us purchase our first home. The whole process was really easy (surprisingly) and we got the keys much quicker than we expected. I have never used online conveyancing before but I actually didn’t need to worry at all.

ADK have been outstanding from start to finish. The combination was brilliant (mostly via email with the occasional phone call if required). They were really friendly, down to earth people and they got the job done. They kept on top of the buyers Solicitor who kept raising queries in dribs and drabs. This really kept the stress at bay because I knew I was in good hands. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I'm sure she tried her best..
Communication wasn't great until near completion. She put in loads of effort when it came to completion to get everything over the line.
I am currently selling my nannans property however and that hasn't been a good experience at all.
