I recently handled the sale and purchase for my elderly parents. I chose Adk law as they were recommended by our agent and is an online solicitor and easier for me to handle. I found the transaction so much easier with the help of Tom Ellor on the sale and purchase. Both went through quickly and smoothly. Unfortunately my Father passed away four weeks before completion, which Tom was also very helpful with, and completion went ahead on schedule. Thanks Tom and team.

Sarah A is the world’s best solicitor! She helped us through a VERY difficult sale and purchase which turned up a multitude of issues. She was always available, very responsive, and pulled the whole chain together in order to exchange and complete within hours of one another. I do not want to move house again, but if I did I would definitely be asking for Sarah if I did, she is amazing
