The communication with Rahbia was prompt and clear. We had no problem getting answers when requested. Our main concerns revolved around the conveyancing process and questions being drip fed from the purchaser's solicitors.

Rubbish right from the beginning. Tried arranging a call with them multiple times for WEEKS. Finally got a call scheduled with Connor who didn’t even call. I chased and was told he’ll get in contact with me. No response. I called back and emailed and no response. The receptionist sounds miserable too.

Throughout my 7-months process of purchasing a chain-free leaseholder flat, Tom from ADK Law has been my lone saviour.
