My house sale became protracted due to previous solicitor going bust overnight and then the buyer pulling out at the last minute. It was ultimately a chain free transaction and was done within a couple of months of going back on the market once ADK were involved. I employed ADK after dropping the previous firm who did not respond to calls and emails in a timely manner. On the down side I felt the communications from admin and reception a bit impersonal, however my conveyancer Rahbia was fine and responded quickly to queries

Tom was really great throughout our selling process. He was great at communicating with me whether that was phone or email. I would highly recommend him.

My experience in hiring ADK has been wonderful. The team was very quick in responding to my queries (within 1 day) and when it came to evaluating searches and contract documents they were thorough in bringing out any odd ones that stood out from the norm. They gave me advice on an asbestos finding on the flat I was intending to purchase which I value a lot.

Used ADK twice from selling a house to buying a new property. Used Lorna both times and couldn’t recommend enough. She is very efficient and helpful and always got back to me within a few hours of any emails I would send. Helpful and guided me through each stage that I needed support with. Would fully recommend Tom Ellor at ADK Law. He dealt with mine and my partners first home purchase. We couldn’t have asked for a better service. Tom gave very speedy replies, explained everything thoroughly, gave updates without chasing and would go out of his way to contact our sellers solicitor. We had a tricky buying experience that went on for nearly 5 months through no fault of our solicitor, and Tom made a it a nice experience regardless! Completion and exchange date went very smoothly.
