I dealt with Jinni Barwick. She was brilliant. Great communication and a seamless transaction. Great price too - do not fall into the trap of using the estate agent conveyancer - their costs are double and there’s no advantage as they try to sell you. Overall ADK were top drawer.

I cannot recommend Tom Ellor and his team enough having engaged them for three transactions thus far.
Being an accountant I deal with solicitors regularly and suffice it to say they are often not my favourite people. Tom however is a breath of fresh air - efficient, practical and approachable. I've also found their fees to be incredibly reasonable.

I received incredible support from Tom Ellor from ADK Law during what transpired to be a very lengthy process purchasing my leasehold flat. Tom seamlessly navigated through negotiating the deed of variation, considering lender requirements and my best interests and successfully completed the transaction facilitating communication with the sellers and my requirements for completion. Overall, the communication was faultless and I could not have had a better experience elsewhere. It is a two-way transaction and the other side can always be difficult but Tom has been very professional, patient and timely in his communication and delivery.
