There are not enough superlatives in the english language to adequately describe how much I appreciate Sarah’s work on the sale of my studio flat. Selling my apartment was a emotional rollercoaster that had been in progress for 18 months before i was finally in a position to enlist a solicitors firm to see through the sale. It all started to feel slowly but surely more and more in control once Sarah was on the case. A share to buy sale on the open market (staircasing to 100%) meant two other sets of solicitors to coordinate with and Sarah dealt really well with the intricacies of a complicated transaction and was extremely effective in communicating them to me (someone with zero prior experience of selling a property). She helped me understand what was going on as the weeks went by by talking me through the key steps on the phone, calm and unhurried, as and when necessary and was always cheery, upbeat and organised (despite a huge overall workload to contend with). She has empathy in spades and a fearsome work ethic. And a genuinely lovely person to boot. I’m very happy with the service that ADK provided and hugely appreciated Sarah as the single source of information regarding how everything was progressing as the nerve-wracking experience unfolded.

a week ago New Sarah A is the world’s best solicitor! She helped us through a VERY difficult sale and purchase which turned up a multitude of issues. She was always available, very responsive, and pulled the whole chain together in order to exchange and complete within hours of one another. I do not want to move house again, but if I did I would definitely be asking for Sarah if I did, she is amazing
