Chris provided conveyancing services on our recent property. My only comment would be communication could be improved. Self imposed deadlines to keep us informed were missed, I often had to chase for updates and push for responses from the management company to progress the sale.

We were selling a house to our sons and I was dealing with a solicitor recomended by estate agent for sale and adk for purchase (who just found on Internet). The solicitor for sale was useless (typical solicitor, never replied to emails, calls,etc and extremely slow). Adk on other hand were a breath of fresh air, always replied promptly, and always helpful and didn't have any issues with them. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend adk and stay clear of estate agent recommendations which are probably just based on who pays most commission.

I have used quite a few conveyances in my time of buying and selling properties, most of whom have been subpar. It has been really refreshing to deal with ADK, they were proactive and followed up when I asked them to deal with things as urgent. I will definitely be working with them again in the near future.

I have just exchanged contracts on my house purchase and I can’t thank ADK enough. It has been a super stressful time for us due to the delays caused by other parties in the chain but we got there in the end.
