William Speakman recently helped us with buying our first home. I am still shocked with how brilliant he was during the whole process. He was so helpful and organised. He would reply to my emails so quickly and would take the time to explain anything I was unsure of. He helped make the whole process go very smoothly and I am so thankful. I would 100% recommend ADK to anyone thinking about using them to buy a house. I am so glad I went with them and not the solicitors my mortgage advisor recommend, who were a lot more expensive and who I’m sure wouldn’t have been able to do such a good job.

Timely Completion
We were selling by "Modern Auction Method" so that there were time limits imposed on the contract once a sale had been agreed. Our paralegal was William Speakman. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and he was very quick to supply information and documentation to the buyer's solicitors. He was also very proactive at pursuing the buyer's solicitor in order to try and get the purchase completed before the contractual end date (which he was successful at eventually).
I would definitely use him again!

Conveyancing on the sale of our house and buying our new one

Fantastic service from start to finish .

House Sale - Conveyance
Sold my house via ADK Law. Great price, the best I could find and the service was first class. I live in West Wales so wasn’t sure if using a North East based solicitor was a good idea but William was brilliant from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Excellent Service !
I recently used ADK for multiple transactions, sale and purchases and they were brilliant.
William handled my most recent purchase and was knowledgeable and helpful throughout, making sure I was aware of potential issues and pushing through to completion effectively. I used to use local conveyancers but for cost and effectiveness you absolutely cannot beat ADK.
My sister also used them for her first time buy and she saved a good chunk of money which is obviously very important when buying tour first home.
I will definitely use ADK again in the future.

Excellent responsive service
Mr Speakman was excellent. Very responsive, worked quick and never left me in the dark. One of the better experiences I've had with a solicitor.

First class conveyancing firm
We have used this firm three times in the last 12 months - twice for selling properties owned by a limited company and once for an inherited property. The service received was absolutely first class and I will be using them again later this year when we sell our own home. Nothing was too much for our solicitor who always kept us informed at every stage of the process. Cannot speak highly enough of Mr Speakman.
