Excellent service
I recently used Bilal for a flat purchase. I have never met him face to face but his service was excellent. Bilal replied to emails quickly, was patient with my queries. As expected his legal knowledge is 1st class. I highly recommend Bilal at ADK solicitors.

Professional, friendly, efficient

Patience of a Saint!
Bilal has just dealt with a sale and purchase for us which were in the middle of a long chain. Throughout the process there were many obstacles that cropped up from various parties involved in the chain which didn't make this the easiest transaction by any means, however Bilal kept his cool and professionalism at all times and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and did everything asked of him efficiently and quickly. He has the patience of a saint and I would recommend him to anyone without any hesitation.
This is the second time we have used him for conveyancing and both times he was excellent.

Very responsive and reasonably priced
Bilal was very polite, patient and efficient
throughout the sale and purchase process. He always responded very quickly and went above and beyond during a few tricky moments of my sale. He kept me updated at all times and phoned for more pressing matters. The price was fixed which was great peace of mind. I'd definitely use again and would recommend.

Bilal Khan was first class in dealing with our house purchase, which completed today. He is competent, reliable and professional, probably the best all round conveyancing solicitor we have dealt with in our 25 years or so of buying and selling main home, holiday home and buy to let investment properties.
