We were pleased with the low price offered but possibly expected an average service. Wrong we were in all respects. They kept us informed ! Responded well to our questions and when there were difficulties from the mortgage company Rifat showed her professionalism and was in every respect the gem in this company. Just a fabulous lady who took full control of a less than helpful mortgage company when we tried to get settlement figures. Full marks to ADK and crown of glory to RIFAT.
