Just perfect . Rose to the occasion

We were pleased with the low price offered but possibly expected an average service. Wrong we were in all respects. They kept us informed ! Responded well to our questions and when there were difficulties from the mortgage company Rifat showed her professionalism and was in every respect the gem in this company. Just a fabulous lady who took full control of a less than helpful mortgage company when we tried to get settlement figures. Full marks to ADK and crown of glory to RIFAT.

The sale of our house completed last week and ADK managed our case with ease. I was really happy with all communication and they were always very clear. Rifat Rehman was appointed as our Conveyancer due to how complicated our transaction was. We were initially appointed to another team member who transferred the file over to Rifat. Rifat’s experience and knowledge really showed and without her I’m not sure we would have completed our purchase. I would recommend ADK Law without any hesitation.
