I was working with Tom Ellor on the sale of our old house and purchase for the new home. Tom and his team worked very hard to get everything done as quick as possible. Due to few hiccups from the sale side our journey to move took longer than expected but in the end Tom helped us greatly and we appreciate it all. We used Adk Law Solicitors for the second time and (first time to pay off the Help to Buy scheme) both times everything went well and if in the future we will need solicitor's help, we will definitely use Adk Law Solicitors again. I recommend them to anyone who needs help and price wise, they are worth it, better than others.

Great Service, Fast and Efficient
Highly recommend Tom at ADK, I have dealt with lots of solicitors when buying and selling but he has been one of the best. Easy to get hold of and responds quickly.

Tom was an absolute star whenever I had a query he responded immediately
He kept me informed throughout the process and was always proactive
I can not recommend him highly enough having moved houses in the past I’ve never had this support

Fantastic service
Tom took care of my conveyancing, he was extremely thorough. Always available to ask questions on the phone and very prompt to respond to emails. I'd thoroughly recommend ADK Law they are well-priced, and offer a fantastic service I would use them again without hesitation!

Look no further than Tom Ellor
I cannot recommend Tom Ellor and his team enough having engaged them for three transactions thus far.
Being an accountant I deal with solicitors regularly and suffice it to say they are often not my favourite people. Tom however is a breath of fresh air - efficient, practical and approachable. I've also found their fees to be incredibly reasonable.

Expert solicitor support from Tom Ellor
I received incredible support from Tom Ellor from ADK Law during what transpired to be a very lengthy process purchasing my leasehold flat. Tom seamlessly navigated through negotiating the deed of variation, considering lender requirements and my best interests and successfully completed the transaction facilitating communication with the sellers and my requirements for completion. Overall, the communication was faultless and I could not have had a better experience elsewhere. It is a two-way transaction and the other side can always be difficult and less efficient but Tom has been very professional, patient and timely in his communication and delivery.
