In general I would recommend this company but do not expect a smooth sailing from start to end! I would say that from my experience of attempt tp buy x3 houses it was a mixed but overall possitive. --Jon Miles-- was the most dissapointing as he would not respond to emails/calls anything to be honest for weeks until I had to call reception and even then I only got trouhg several weeks as he simply forgot to do anything but once we had a chat he managed to get the paperwork withing months. Even if he did respond in the end it was no more than 1 sentence. Sandly the chain collapsed for this house and all was lost. --Louise Pugh-- We had another house legal paperwork and again we were with Jon for a while and it was dead in the water for several monts. Fotrunately we had a lucky starts upon and Louise Pugh was assigend to our case! She was communicating frequently with enough context and pushed the process along as there was a bit of a mess from document collection team (one would think that doing same 2nd time would be easier!) but she managed to untangle the mess and even sort out some issues out of her control regarding searches and gives us confidence that she knew what she was doing. The house was without chain and it still took around 5-6 months but without Louise I think it would not have gone trough. I thank her for late nights work and golden standard communication that cannot be overstated how important it's. In Summary, you can work with them and make sure to keep communicating at least once in 2 weeks as a general rule.
