Medical Neglegance Claim

During the last 5 years Boyes Turner have dealt with my claim the conclusion of which was success this August and Compensation has been paid and the case concluded. Myself and my wife were very happy with proceedures and the Legal Team working of my behalf. Many Thanks to all concerned.

It has been such a pleasure getting to know you and your family, and it was a privilege to represent you in your claim and I'm so pleased we were able to reach a good settlement after a long process.

An emotionally tough journey made manageable by an incredible team.

While I would ultimately recommend taking on a case—and I can’t praise my team enough—anyone considering it needs to know that the process is not for the faint-hearted. There were times throughout the journey where it felt so difficult that I genuinely regretted starting it, and moments where I was made to feel as though I was the one in the wrong. Those moments where never enough to put the breaks on, I felt very strongly about the importance of accountability and I had to continue. That is where Julie and her team made all the difference. Julie was nothing short of amazing. She managed to strike the perfect balance between genuine compassion and absolute professionalism and transparency. I was kept informed every single step of the way, and their turnaround for appointments, replies, and updates was incredibly fast. When the emotional strain got to me and my thoughts started spiraling, Julie always pulled me back, grounded me, and helped me process everything. If you have to navigate a tough legal battle, Julie and her team are exactly who you want in your corner. They are incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the complex nature of cauda equina and how the aftermath impacts your life.

CES negligence

Julie was professional and supportive. It’s an emotional rollercoaster pursuing justice for a life changing injury and all the staff at Boyes Turner completely understand and support you throughout the journey. Julie fought hard to keep the claim moving forward even when it looked doubtful at times. I couldn’t have done this without Boyes Turner and without Julie at the helm. I am eternally grateful.

Clinical Negligence

Experts in Cauda Equina

Julie secured an outstanding settlement in my initially contested, spinal cord injury medical negligence claim, where I was not given ‘safety-netting’ advice about cauda equina syndrome (CES). Julie’s knowledge of cauda equina, care standards and medical negligence is without a doubt the reason I was successful. All the way through the process, I was kept informed by friendly, discreet and understanding staff. I don’t feel I would have had the same outcome with anyone else.
