Julie secured an outstanding settlement in my initially contested, spinal cord injury medical negligence claim, where I was not given ‘safety-netting’ advice about cauda equina syndrome (CES). I was recommended this company by a charitable group, to potentially assist with my negligence claim. I first spoke with Julie, face to face and I had a very good idea about how and where they could assist within half an hour of speaking with her. Having very little knowledge of the law regarding negligence, I felt very comfortable in making my decision to go with Boyce Turner as I felt very informed from the start. I was assigned Vanessa as my solicitor. I couldn't have asked for a more understanding, caring and professional person. Vanessa has a great approach, is very patient and understanding. Vanessa helped me get the most out of my statements, assisted with walking thru everything step by step with me.
