Ed advises clients on a variety of aspects of corporate and commercial law. He has particular expertise in drafting and negotiating corporate transaction documentation, including company sale and purchase agreements as well as considerable experience in employee share schemes, shareholder disputes, franchise arrangements and commercial contracts, including software licence agreements. He assists a variety of businesses ranging from manufacturing and technology clients to service providers, such as public relations companies, dentistry and veterinary practices. After spending some time in the energy industry, Ed qualified as a solicitor in 2010, and joined Lanyon Bowdler in 2016. Ed spends most of his spare time transporting his three daughters around various parts of the county and country, but can also be found rambling up and down hills when given the opportunity.

    Excellent counsel and timely delivery

    I used Lanyon Bowdler to advise me on a share buyback/exit agreement and employee contract, having worked with them previously on share agreements and company transactions twice before.     Completing ahead of time

    We were keen to complete an asset purchase of an online business within a three-week timescale, in a busy period leading up to the end of the year.
