I was on Further Leave to Remain on a spouse visa when my elderly mother developed Alzheimer’s and needed to come to the UK so I could care for her. As many people know, bringing an elderly dependent to the UK is extremely difficult, and I spoke to several solicitors trying to understand whether there was any realistic path forward. I cannot rate "Sterling Law" highly enough!!!! ..... I called in a complete panic with a very difficult case.
