My own personal case was extremely messy as I had separated from my wife several years previously and already paid her out as part of a separation agreement - she had however re-registered with Land Registry and wanted a second pay out. Evolve and Robin were recommended to me and we set up a first meeting. Obviously the whole process is extremely worrying and very stressful and while it wasn't necessarily always what I wanted to hear Robin was very honest and provided all the relevant warnings about what could be from the outset, just as he should. Since then he (and later Sarah) have carried out this case for me over the last year. Robin, in particular was extremely challenging in dealing with my ex-wife's lawyers and pushed back continually rather than just give in to demands. We had meetings throughout the whole process and I was always in a position of understanding what could take place. He is professional and extremely tenacious when he needs to be and while there were bumps in the road we got through it. There are obviously unavoidable costs throughout, however I believe that with Robin's determination to get a result we got there in the end. I would not hesitate to use Robin if you are facing such stressful times.
