Excellent support throughout buying our first home
We worked with Jayne, Dawn, Zara and Alison throughout the process of buying our first home. They were very supportive, as this was all new to us, answering all of our questions ranging from what we needed to do, questions regarding our survey, queries about the property and more. They were efficient and proficient with their work, and everything provided was of high quality. Their legal knowledge was very detailed, and we felt we were in safe hands throughout the whole time. It was a quick process from our offer being accepted, to us exchanging and then completing, and they were happy to move at our pace. We also feel that their price was very reasonable for the service that was provided. I would 100% recommend them and Taylor Fordyce as a whole to anyone looking to appoint a solicitor to buy a home.
