Taylor Fordyce Ltd

We worked with Jayne, Dawn, Zara and Alison throughout the process of buying our first home. They were very supportive, as this was all new to us, answering all of our questions ranging from what we needed to do, questions regarding our survey, queries about the property and more. They were efficient and proficient with their work, and everything provided was of high quality. Their legal knowledge was very detailed, and we felt we were in safe hands throughout the whole time. It was a quick process from our offer being accepted, to us exchanging and then completing, and they were happy to move at our pace. We also feel that their price was very reasonable for the service that was provided. I would 100% recommend them and Taylor Fordyce as a whole to anyone looking to appoint a solicitor to buy a home.

Diane Rowlands and Dawn were great throughout the process and it did get complicated and a little intense at times but they guided us through to a successful sale.

Great solicitors who have helped us complete our move, would recommend. - Manjit

Taylor Fordyce Winchester have managed two conveyancer for me over the last few years. Last week we completed on the sale of our property which had taken place under a challenging deadline in order to coincide with our move to France. The team (Diane, Dawn and Amanda) were efficient, timely, knowledgeable, helpful and very supportive. We could not fault their diligence and effectiveness. Many thanks!

Our experience with Diane Rowlands at Taylor Fordyce during the conveyancing of 1 Malthouse Lane, Bighton, Hampshire was truly outstanding. Diane’s professionalism, attention to detail, and calm efficiency made the entire process feel seamless, even when faced with inevitable complexities. Her communication was consistently clear, timely, and reassuring, ensuring we always felt informed and supported. Diane’s ability to navigate challenges with confidence and precision was invaluable, and her dedication set a remarkable standard for legal service. We are deeply grateful for her expertise and care throughout.

Diane at Taylor Fordyce was a joy to work with. She kept her patience when "the other side" of a legal situation messed up and she had to put it right to get a conclusion. She, and everyone I dealt with, were superbly dedicated, efficient, plus kept me in the loop of what was happening. I'd definitely recommend their services.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Diane at Taylor Fordyce for the sale and purchase of our home. It turned out to be a long and drawn-out process, which was out of her control, but Diane was there for us every step of the way. She kept us fully up to date, explained every scenario clearly, and made sure we always knew where we stood. She was brilliant at communicating with both the seller’s and buyer’s solicitors in the chain, and her updates to us were always clear, thorough, and timely. Her knowledge of the property legal process — and of the Winchester market in particular — gave us real reassurance when things became stressful. Diane was proactive, always acting in our best interests, and pushed to keep things moving when needed. She was not only professional but also genuinely supportive, and we felt in safe hands from start to finish. We have used Taylor Fordyce on a number of occasions. We’re so grateful for all her hard work, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
