10/10 recommend Shanice Robinson
I had Shanice as my conveyancer and she was so good. Very thorough, picking up on major things that would have later cost me money had she not raised them. She also pushed things along as much as she could at each stage.

Straightforward Conveyancing Service
Jordans acted for us as buyers in a straightforward purchase. The transaction was a little more prolonged than expected due to the delay from sellers Solicitors in providing answers to questions and documentation. Some of the delay was due to file size on emails between Solicitors being too large for email system resulting in failed delivery. Our Conveyancer was friendly and attentive to our requests. All done by telephone and Zoom. Having local office in Kiveton was helpful for sending documents and why we chose the Solicitor initially as local.
