Sale of property.
Willis Chandler were very efficient and prompt through out the process of the sale, as commented on by our estate agents. Our purchaser was keen to have the sale go through quickly and Willis Chandler were never the reason for any delay. We have used Willis Chandler on a number of occasions and have always found them curious and helpful.

Highly recommend
Naomi has been truely first class as the conveyancer for a probate house sale. Diligent and professional but always personable and friendly.

Over and beyond expectations, a difficult task made easily achievable
I'd like to thank Naomi at Wills Chandler for making the sale of my father's house seamless. Having heard numerous stories and worked, be it for a very short time, with an Estate Agent, I was not looking forward to this part of sorting out my father's estate.
I should not have worried, Naomi took on what could have been an extremely difficult task and made it easily achievable for me. Being within 5 minutes of the office meant I wasn't relying on any sort of delay in receiving or returning documents and I really think keeping on top of it helped.
Juggling with different workdays can be difficult however I always felt well supported with emails replied to quickly with clear instructions. It is true to say that as soon as the house went on the market I was very happy with the service I received and trusted her to complete everything she could in a timely manner. Would I return? Absolutely and recommend others to do so.
