We had a very positive experience hiring Smart Legal for the complicated process of selling our home. Conveyancer, Stephan Peiris, was our case handler & he was absolutely fantastic! Very calm, always professional, knowledgeable & politely patient. The process of selling our home was an extremely long & arduous one, but Stephan's calm demeanour made the process a lot less stressful. The only reason this isn't a 5 star is due to a few minor oversights that were made. All in all it was a very positive experience & I would absolutely recommend Smart Legal (& Stephan) to family & friends, should the need arise.

SmartLegal have treated me and my partner amazingly, we are first time buyers and would have been lost without our Conveyancer Stephan Peiris!! From the start Stephan has always been so prompt with replies and calls. Always answered all our queries promptly and provided great advice. Even when things were delayed or pushed back, and we became frustrated Stephan was always attentive and always ensured to explain everything thoroughly. I wanted to also mention Michelle Ford, who was so helpful to us especially in the start we had a bad interaction with our previous solicitors and contacted Michelle to enquire about SmartLegal Michelle was also so prompt and forwarded us all the necessary information from the start and signed us up to SmartLegal! One last mention to the platform SmartLegal uses where we can see our case and the progress of it, I really liked this because, although Stephan always updated us regularly I was also able to see all the documents regarding my case in one place as well as the percentage of the progress of my case. I have friends who are interested in buying and I will always recommend SmartLegal, and me and my partner will most definitely be contacting SmartLegal again in the future when we hopefully buy more property again.
