As I was selling my home , without any knowledge of the process, I was recommended Smart Legal by the home agency. I have been pleasantly surprised as they helped me with all the problems I had (I had lost important papers concerning the property...) and Nishadharan was very patient and kept me informed during all the process. I am very grateful and pleased with their services: it all run smoothly and my home was sold in less than 3 months.

I had a wonderful experience working with Daisy and Heshini. I had a particularly challenging transaction to sell my property and they were just amazing to work with. They were diligent, communicative, honest and extremely supportive. I don’t think I would have been able to get through the process in one piece without them! I highly recommend Smart Legal and in particular Daisy and Heshini. I would work with them again in a heartbeat
Terrible company to deal with, they were slow, not replying to my emails, overcharged me. I kept talking to so many people, as they kept changing. Now I don't even have the final invoice for their service, although I have been requesting it for a month or so. The conveyer they give you is overseas and they are never available, avoid at all costs.
