Amazing communication and professional beyond belief.
There were copious legal issues with my ideal home, Nikhil was amazing from start to finish. He endeavoured to seek solutions and had the due diligence to ensure I am now is a very good position if I were to ever sell my new home.
The online tracker and regular communication made this very straightforward. I would highly recommend Smart Legal.

My husband and I instructed Smart Legal for the recent sale of our flat and purchase of our new house. Our conveyancing solicitor was Nikhil George, who is fantastic and a true asset to the whole team. He was brilliant at keeping us informed throughout the entire process, always personable, professional and readily available on the phone or email to answer any of our questions.
