Truly recommend Smart Legal's team if you are looking for a professional and hassle free transaction, in particular Dulanga. We have recently contracted them to support with the sale of our property and I am so pleased we did. Having had some pretty awful experiences with solicitors in the past, I didn't think it was possible to find a good one. Dulanga was professional and caring. We had some delays due to the buyers' solicitors (whom I would definitely not recommend) and Dulanga not only supported us all the way through, together with the state agent (whom was brilliant too), they got the job done. Dulanga often worked after hours to support us, was always available to take our calls and respond to our emails and her extended experience was obvious all the way through. Dulanga is a star who went the extra mile every day to support our family until the end. Thank you Dulanga, we wouldn't have been able to do it without you.
