It was a pleasure working with you Toby.
Overall, I would highly recommend Olliers based on how Toby handled my case. As this was my first dealing with the criminal justice system, Toby broke everything down into steps and explained everything clearly throughout—which helped mitigate the amount of stress I found myself under. In the run up to the trial, everything was well organised and the case well prepared, so I had everything I needed to get the best result. Toby’s communication, both written and verbal, was clear and to the point—he always responded promptly to my emails as well.. I’m grateful for the time and attention to detail Toby gave my case, and if I have any problems in the future I know where to go.

Massively helped.

I would like to say that I’m extremely grateful to have got in touch with Olliers. From the initial call they got to work straight away and put me in extremely capable hands with Toby. Toby was professional throughout and I could tell from the start that his expertise, support and quick responses on the matter would help get the positive result I needed. Dear Toby, I would like to put on record my sincere thanks in the way in which yourself and Olliers have dealt with my case in which what was a very difficult time for myself. From the first moment I met Toby he put my mind at ease pointing out the best approach to take. Toby and Olliers have considerable experience in pre representation of cases which is why selected them to represent myself. I was not let down Toby guided, represented me early on, always returning telephone calls, which I believe was crucial in avoiding a more serious charge. I do truly believe Toby achieved the best outcome possible for which I am very grateful. Unlike some practices Toby and Olliers are dealing with cases day in day out and his straight talking approach, vast hands on experience was the key to his success with my case and also as a key driving partner at Olliers.

Toby Wilbraham was my solicitor his expert knowledge and his no nonsense pro active approach really started the process moving, his professionalism and attention to detail is exceptional, Toby always advised and explained in a clear and direct manner the implications and possible outcome of the case he made a very difficult situation easier to understand and gave a potential time scale of events which helped a great deal, Toby secured a successful outcome to the case which I'm sure would not have been achieved without his formidable skills and honest appraisal of the case.
