Hope took the time to understand me and my case and help with not only the legal requirements but also helped advise me on some personal struggles such as work, accommodation and travel. We had minimal input from the police but had a plan in place that was constantly being updated as new facts came to light, all the way through my own opinion was valued and taken account of. Ultimately the investigation led to an NFA, its easy to say this would have happened anyway but my belief is that by having professional support and showing you are willing to challenge any decision via a competent professional with fact based evidence led to this decision being reached faster and with more surety than leaving the appointment of legal council until later in the process

I was wrongly accused, arrested and investigated for a grievous crime. After thoroughly researching pre charge engagement it became clear to me that Olliers Solicitors would be my best choice. I sent them an email and received a callback that same night during which they explained the process and took my initial instructions. My case was assigned to Anne-Marie who has worked extensively for both the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and in defence. Given that the CPS is responsible for deciding whether cases proceed to charge or receive a No Further Action (NFA) outcome, her deep expertise in this area proved invaluable and gave me tremendous confidence throughout the process. Furthermore, Anne-Marie’s genuine ability to listen attentively, show real empathy and understanding, and explain complex matters in a clear, friendly, and approachable way made me feel genuinely supported, comfortable, and well-informed at every step. Even when away from the office or over the Christmas holidays, Anne-Marie was always quick to respond to my messages and calls. They want £600 an hour, even though it says you can use legal aid. Had to wait ages on the phone to even speak to someone.

Case conducted today for myself by Austin Anderson, from start to finish Austin was so thorough from his prep to explaining the process, im an anxious person and all the way through he reassured me and kept my anxiety to a minimum, in court today his professionalism was outstanding and again kept me updated and explained all the process so I understood, cant thank this solicitor enough and would recommend him to everyone, it was a good outcome for myself thanks to him
