I was very nervous having never needed to work with solicitors before. Olliers were very kind and friendly to me from the start and throughout the entire process. I found them to be extremely professional and I never once felt like they were being judgemental of me. Having Helen Buxton sticking by me through the entire process also really put my mind at ease, rather than having to reintroduce and build up a new relationship with a different person each time. I honestly couldn't imagine going through my case with another firm. Would completely recommend them to anyone who needed non judgemental and kind people to help with your case.

Helen Buxton was the lawyer for my case and I can't thank her enough for the support she gave me through what was the most traumatic time of my life. I'm convinced that the pro-active stance that Helen and Olliers took was instrumental in the outcome being 'no further action'. My son was recently arrested and questioned in regards to a false allegation. Helen Buxton was at the questioning and gave excellent advice and support. The case has not gone to court and what could have been a very worrying time whilst we waited was made less by the support of Helen. It is never easy being accused of a crime you haven’t committed but Helen Buxton was friendly, knowledgable and effective enough to make me feel like everything was going to be ok. Would 100% recommend Olliers Manchester to anyone. When I spoke to a friend who works for CPS, they asked me who I had representing me and when I told her it was Olliers, she told me I was lucky as they are the best ones.

I was a victim of malicious and false accusations. The first time I spoke to Helen she listened with empathy and advised me that in her experience allegations of this type were quite common. I was quite worried as this was my first involvement with the police but her confidence in me was very reassuring. Subsequently my ordeal ended with the police taking no further action. She was helpful and professional from the start and has gone the extra mile. I am extremely grateful to her and appreciate all that she has done.
