Discharge of SHPO achieved

5

I approached the firm via their website via the electronic enquiry option, and recieved a response very promptly (Ruth Peters). Fees were clearly set out, and prospects for a succesful resolution clearly explained. I wanted to apply for discharge of a SHPO, a very onerous condition and potentially not easy to achieve, although it was explained I had a good case and made easy to understand what I needed to supply. I would not have known the legal precendent on which it hinged, so a DIY effort might not have been successful. Also post-Covid admin chaos at court made it necessary for lots of chasing up which I would have hated to do myself, but my solicitor James Claughton did this whenever needed. He always promptly returned my calls, texts or emails, which was a great help for my anxiety levels. The cost was not cheap but it was up front and honest, they are specialists in this area and proved it; it was vital for me to get the right result (it's a big human rights issue) so I consider it money well spent.

I was impressed by James Claughton (who transitioned from a trainee solicitor to a fully-fledged solicitor shortly before my matter was concluded) because of his knowledge and his down-to-earth and honest approach – which resulted in a successful outcome.

I found Olliers to be outstanding because of their up-to-date, excellent legal skills which resulted in my matter being dealt with swiftly and with minimal stress (i.e. they knew what they were doing, keeping matters as simple and straightforward as possible). I believe that this was achieved by the firm being dynamic and team based, with a blend of experienced solicitors, newly qualified solicitors and trainee solicitors. I was impressed by James Claughton (who transitioned from a trainee solicitor to a fully-fledged solicitor shortly before my matter was concluded) because of his knowledge and his down-to-earth and honest approach - which resulted in a successful outcome. Thank you.
