As my successful personal injury claim draws to a close, I would like to thank Andrew King of Nexa Law for all his hard work on my behalf over the last couple of years. Andrew & team did a great job of a damages claim, which extended through Covid lockdowns and subsequent legal delays. He obtained a good outcome from a bad situation, would thoroughly recommend.

I was recommended to Lennons by a family member & I was impressed from the get go with all of the staff I dealt with going above & beyond my expectations. My case changed from divorce to becoming a Widow & a left me in a sticky will & probate matter, I dealt with Gavin Henshaw in the first dealings & found him to be very professional, easy to talk to & Great a keeping me informed. I recall Pauline was very helpful at the start too. Once my circumstances changed I was appointed with Andrew King who was astute in realising my sensitivities & lack of capacity to understand difficult legal processes & he appointment to to his colleague Zaid Anwar who was a fabulous match for my needs, having very little knowledge of the legal processes & jargon I was so impressed with Zaids approach to my needs, he was genuine, honest, tenacious, a great traslater of the jargon, he was authentic & able to empathise & he learnt very quickly how to speak my language so I was at all times fully kept informed & prepped for all the things required from as they arose. During the long & arduous processes & time delays I felt absolutely 100% in control of the process with a firm handle on what was expected of me. Like someone else has said I'm reviews "Zaid was like a dog with a bone" which was why he was a perfect match as I too have this can do, will do, just watch me attitude to life's tasks, especially when you're entire future hangs in the balance. I've never felt so comfortable talking about my personal circumstances with someone in such a professional role, Zaid's level of Empathy, his knowledge, the timely manner in getting things done often working well into the evening, being there for all my needs, listening to my plans withgenuineinterest & gaining me exactly what I needed were exemplary. Andrew king from Lennons Solicitors is excellent at what he does. Having conducted research around various firms based upon expertise and reviews I opted to instruct Lennon's Solicitors. My point of contact was Pauline Barber who took my initial information. I was then referred to Andrew in respect of a sensitive property / probate matter, which was a very stressful situation for my mother. Suffice to say Andrew was personal but professional in his approach, explaining everything in a way you can understand, whilst providing clear options in how to progress matters. He was helpful in resolving any queries and concerns which were raised. This not only helped me tremendously in obtaining the correct information he required but it also made matters stress free and easy for my mother to understand. Pauline assisted in proceedings when Andrew was not available and all messages left received prompt responses by both Pauline and Andrew. Overall Lennon's were selected for their reputation and expertise in the field i required.
