Gayle did the conveyancing work on my house purchase and was incredibly clear and helpful on what was going on and gave great instruction on what I was required of myself. She was very thorough and found issues that others wouldn't have which helped with the purchase. I wouldn't use anyone else!

It would be hard to describe the appalling service we received from this crowd of bandits without using swear words. Despite having a named person dealing with the sale and the name of her supervisor, we have now been waiting 16 days with nothing but silence from either of us for a sale to complete. They have everything they need, the buyer is able and ready to complete, we're able to complete, and yet when we ask for an update we're ignored and it's dragging on and on with no reasons whatsoever given for the delay. I'm going to have to report them to the SRA very soon. They need a rocket up their backsides. PLEASE, EVERYONE, SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH OF IDIOTS. Go and employ a professional company as well, one that has the right skills and is capable of communication with their clients.

Gotta say that Gayle Deffrise, has been fantastic as our solicitor. With having a deadline associated with stamp duty changes she went beyond the call of duty answering calls/ working outside of normal jours to get it over the line when we thought all was lost. Can't recommend her enough. We are well chuffed!!

We used Nexa Law, specifically Lucy Eldred, for the purchase of our first property. Lucy was recommended by our estate agent and thank heavens they did. Lucy was great, incredibly responsive, beyond helpful and answered all my silly questions and took the time to break things down further if I still didn't quite understand. I would 100% use Lucy again and would happily recommend her services.

Femi Ogunshakin - was not happy with the level of service provided. Not responsive, impolite/rude , offered no apologies when we raised our concerns to him. This was also the same sentiment shared by a peer who had worked with Femi.
Was a recommendation from a friend but had wished we did our due-diligence before reaching out.

Nexa Law and in particular Rina Popat has advised and acted on our behalf in two residential sales and one acquisition in 2024 and provided an exceptional service. One a leasehold and two freeholds all had their moments of complication, complexity and difficulty. We are extremely grateful for her constant good advice and cool headed approach in the midst of these transactions when matters became tense.
We will be instructing Rina in future transactions and would strongly recommend others to do the same.
