My First Property

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Gayle as my solicitor during the purchase of my first property, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support and expertise she provided throughout the process.

From the very beginning, Gayle was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. As a first-time buyer, I had many questions and concerns, but she always took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, making sure I felt confident at every stage. Her attention to detail and thoroughness were truly reassuring, and I always felt that my best interests were being looked after.

Gayle was also impressively responsive and efficient. Whether it was a quick update or a more complex issue that needed addressing, she was always on top of it and kept the process moving smoothly. Her calm and composed manner made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable.

Thanks to Gayle’s dedication and hard work, my property transaction was completed seamlessly and on time. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better support.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Gayle to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely caring solicitor—especially for first-time buyers like myself. She made a potentially daunting process feel straightforward and even enjoyable.

Thank you, Gayle!

We used Nexa Law, specifically Lucy Eldred, for the purchase of our first property. Lucy was recommended by our estate agent and thank heavens they did. Lucy was great, incredibly responsive, beyond helpful and answered all my silly questions and took the time to break things down further if I still didn't quite understand. I would 100% use Lucy again and would happily recommend her services.

Femi Ogunshakin - was not happy with the level of service provided. Not responsive, impolite/rude , offered no apologies when we raised our concerns to him. This was also the same sentiment shared by a peer who had worked with Femi.

Was a recommendation from a friend but had wished we did our due-diligence before reaching out.
